Drive from Arusha to our Safari Lodge in Tarangire NP. Arrival for lunch, after that we have our first game drive during the whole afternoon. This national park is less crowded and has some of the highest population density of elephants anywhere in Tanzania, and its sparse vegetation, strewn with baobab and acacia trees, makes it a beautiful and special location. Overnight at the Safari Lodge.
We leave the Safari Lodge after breakfast and we do another game drive on route. After that we leave for Manyara NP and we arrive at our lodge for lunch. Nestling at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment, the Park is recognized for its incredible beauty. Lake Manyara National Park offers varied ecosystems, incredible birdlife and breathtaking views. Some of the more common and visible large mammal species are the elephant, buffalo, wildebeest, giraffe and lion. After lunch we leave the lodge and we get in the park for a game drive. In the evening drive back to our Lodge for dinner and overnight
We weak up early in the morning, around 6am, after breakfast we leave the lodge with our lunch-box for the Ngorongoro NP where we will arrive to the gate around 7am approx. We will have lunch in the crater, then game drive again on route coming out of the crater and we finish going straight back to Arusha.
The jewel in Ngorongoro’s crown is a deep volcanic crater – the largest unflooded and unbroken caldera in the world! Ngorongoro Crater is one of the world’s greatest natural spectacles, its magical setting and abundant wildlife never failing to enthrall visitors. The rich pasture and permanent water of the crater floor supports a large resident population of wildlife of up to 25,000-predominantly grazing animals, wildebeest, zebra, gazelle, buffalo, eland, kongoni and warthog, but also predator, like cheetahs, lions, and the hard to spot leopard, plus eland, elephant, vervet monkeys, bushbuck, tree hyrax, francoline, saddle-billed stork, vulture, eagle and many more.
After breakfast transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport and departure.
