13 days, 12 nights (Family trip. Climb + desert camp + beach escape)

   

Pick up in Madrid airport, transfer to Granada. Overnight in Granada.

 

Today will discover the charm of this city visiting the Alhambra Palace, the Albaicyn (old Moorish quarter) the Realejo (old Jewish quarter) and the center (Christian) with its impressive cathedral. Overnight Granada.

 

Drive to Algeciras to get a ferry to Tanger. Drive to Larache, a nice small beach town. Overnight in hotel.

 

Drive to Marrakech, We will visit the medina and its souks and will enjoy the Jemaa el Fna Square full of live day and night. We know Marrakech from the inside perspective so we will arrange anything to fit your desires

 

Jose and the climber will leave to Aroumd (2 hours ride)at the foot of Toubkal National Park. Overnight in Gite in Around for Jose and climber. The rest of the family will depart for Essaouira and old Portuguese-French port, with Patricia. Overnight in ryad.

 

Climber and Jose will trek up to the Nelter refuge at the base of the Toubkal (3200 mt.). The rest of the family will visit the medina of Essaouira and enjoy the beach and all activities that can be done in there. Overnight in the Nelter refuge for Jose and Scot. Overnight in the ryad for the family.

 

Summit day for the Jose and the climber, descend to Aroumd and transfer to Marrakech where we join the family in the ryad. Overnight in the ryad.

 

Drive to Ouarzazate. On our way we visit the world heritage site of Ait Benhaddou and the Ouarzazate Film Studios where famous films have been shot, like Gladiator. Overnight Oscar Hotel inside the Studios

 

Drive to Merzouga to get ready for our camel ride into de desert, sunset over the dunes. Overnight camp in the desert, Erg Chebi.

 

Camel ride back to Merzouga, Shower, snack and drive back to Marrakech. Overnight in ryad.

 

Drive to Tanger, Ferry back to Tarifa. Overnight in hotel.

 

Drive to Sevilla. Visit the center with its impressive Cathedral, ‘Plaza de España’ and ‘Parque de Maria Luisa’. Overnight in hotel.

 

Transfer to Madrid airport.

 

All private transport except the ferry. Personally guided by Jose and Patricia. Trip really flexible and open to spontaneity under the requirements of clients.
